After he repaired the roller that came out of the track, The young man who did the service showed me where to spray the rollers and joints to help keep it in working order. Highly recommend Samson Garage Doors! Always like to support local companies and this one is great. Our garage door opener finally bit the dust; it came with the house when we moved in 27 years ago. When the technician came to look at it he said, "I've never seen one like this and its over 50 years old"; while taking pictures. Ordered a new garage door with opener. During Christmas week (Dec 23rd to be exact), the handle & lock mechanism on the front door literally fell apart. Remember seeing on their website that they provided Locksmith services. Called and they came out the same day. Very responsive, professional and provide excellent service.
